API產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量審查專(zhuān)家現(xiàn)場(chǎng)如何對(duì)用戶(hù)使用的工作量規(guī)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收？
API產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量審查驗(yàn)收人員對(duì)用戶(hù)單位檢查時(shí)，首先查石油專(zhuān)用工作量規(guī)是否有校準(zhǔn)證書(shū)，鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)所使用的校對(duì)量規(guī)是否已溯源到北京中國(guó)計(jì)量科學(xué)研究院的國(guó)家基準(zhǔn)，能否提供出北京出具的校對(duì)量規(guī)的校準(zhǔn)證書(shū)。若所使用的校對(duì)量規(guī)未送北京進(jìn)行鑒定，則該校對(duì)量規(guī)對(duì)工作量規(guī)的鑒定結(jié)果是無(wú)效的。其次要查API Spec7石油鉆桿接頭校對(duì)量規(guī)的編號(hào)（4位數(shù)），此編號(hào)在美國(guó)API學(xué)會(huì)達(dá)拉斯辦事處備案。若滿足以上條件，則量規(guī)審驗(yàn)通過(guò)。

2、API可以鑒定校對(duì)規(guī)的機(jī)構(gòu)共有以下7家：
1）阿根廷，布宜諾斯艾利斯：國(guó)家工業(yè)技術(shù)研究所
2）意大利，羅馬：精密電子設(shè)備廠
3）美國(guó)，馬里蘭，蓋瑟斯堡：國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)研究院
4）英國(guó)，密得塞斯，特丁頓：國(guó)家物理實(shí)物室
5）日本，茨本：國(guó)家計(jì)量研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室
6）澳大利亞，新南威爾士，其本得爾：國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（限于規(guī)格不大于8 5/8
的量規(guī)）
7）中國(guó)·北京：中國(guó)計(jì)量科學(xué)研究院。
3、校對(duì)規(guī)的鑒定：必須送往以上6家機(jī)構(gòu)之一進(jìn)行鑒定，才能得到API承認(rèn)。
4、工作規(guī)的鑒定：必然使用符合API規(guī)范量值溯源要求的校對(duì)規(guī)對(duì)其進(jìn)行鑒定，才能得到API的認(rèn)可，產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)收則能通過(guò)。量規(guī)的相互關(guān)系：API量值傳遞系統(tǒng)實(shí)際上是四級(jí)量值傳遞系統(tǒng)，簡(jiǎn)單可用以下形式表示出來(lái)。
