Alpha-600/660 是一款緊湊型的自動研磨拋光機，專為需要得到高質(zhì)量的研磨和拋光面
而設(shè)計。 適用于直徑 200mm/250mm/300mm 的磨盤。具有中心加載和單點加載兩種加壓方
式。 并且可選配 1～7 組自動滴液系統(tǒng)。可設(shè)定和儲存 20 組常用研磨工序。可方便快捷
的得到重復(fù)性較高的試驗結(jié)果。
Alpha-600/660 is a compact, automatic grinding and polishing system designed for
high end grinding and polishing surfaces. Suitable for 200mm, 250mm and 300mm
diameter applications and provide central force and individual force for the specimens.
Optional peristaltic pump dosing system support max. 7 kinds of
suspensions/lubricants. 20 procedures can be set/stored in memory for common
grinding and polishing. High repeatability results can be obtained conveniently and
quickly.
