SC82 Miniature Spectrometer SC82 Compact IR-Spectrometer S90-IR

昊量光電推出新型緊湊光譜儀SC82-S13496采用高靈敏度線性圖像傳感器S13496和S11639。高靈敏度(光敏性高達(dá)650 V/lx*s)， S13496圖像傳感器允許使用SC82光譜儀用于低光應(yīng)用，如散射，熒光，多通道分光光度測(cè)定等。嵌入式成像能力的特點(diǎn)是一個(gè)散光補(bǔ)償器，從而進(jìn)一步提高系統(tǒng)的靈敏度。也提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)東芝圖像傳感器TCD1304和TCD1205。

緊湊的高靈敏度光譜儀S90-IR包含一個(gè)線性InGaAs圖像傳感器，推薦用于近紅外光譜范圍內(nèi)的任何光譜應(yīng)用，如熒光、反射、透射、光度測(cè)量和其他不需要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間信號(hào)存儲(chǔ)的研究。
