Feature
Motorized Test Stand MX2 series is ideal for wide ranges of force tests.
You can use it as the suitable force tester by mounting a force gauge and attachments according to your needs
(See the application movies). Since it has a space saving design, you can perform the tests on a production line.
Moreover, some test conditions such as traveling speed are set in digital. It makes your force test high repeatable.
The capacity is from 500N to 2500N.
Simple Operation
To perform test, you just press the button.
The force gauge travels between the limit knobs on the side of the column at the setting or the fastest speed.
Easy Setup for Test Conditions
MX2 series is capable of setting traveling speed, pausing timer, repeat counter in digital
by turning and pressing the dial and the button.
The traveling distance is adjustable by positioning the limit knobs.
Available Options*
-S option
Equips a length scale.
(When force-displacement measurement is necessary,
please see FA option in “Useful Functions by Using with IMADA ZT series” below or Force-Displacement Equipment)
-L option
Equips 200mm or 300mm longer stroke than the standard model (Depends on the model).
-V option
Changes the upper or lower speed.(Please contact us for the available speed ranges.)
-CN option
Equips an I/O connecter. It is ideal for input and output signals to/from an external device.

Useful Functions by Using with IMADA ZT series
MX2 series activates the useful functions when connected with IMADA ZT series digital force gauge.
(Applicable cable is required)
1.Overload Prevention
The traveling motion automatically stops to prevent sensor breakdown from overloading when the applied force is beyond the force gauge capacity. (There is no gurantee of complete prevention of the sensor breakdown.)
2.Motion Control by Force
- Automatic speed changing.
- Load holding in specified time.

-FA option
Equips a linear scale on the test stand. Using with a digital force gauge ZTA series, force-displacement measurement is possible.
There are units including all necessary items for force-displacement measurement. Please see Force-Displacement Measurement Equipment if you are interested in.
