空洞共振腔適用于CCL/印刷線路板，薄膜等非破壞性低介電損耗材料量測。 印電路板主要由玻纖與環(huán)氧樹脂組成的, 玻纖介電常數(shù)為5~6, 樹脂大約是3, 由于樹脂含量, 硬化程度, 溶劑殘留等因素會造成介電特性的偏差, 傳統(tǒng)測量方法樣品制作不易, 尤其是薄膜樣品( 小于 10 mil) 量測值偏低,。

五.儀器特點 Instrument characteristics：
☆接線簡單（正接法兩根線，反接可使用一根線），所有電纜線均有接地屏蔽，所以都能拖地使用，測量電壓緩升、緩降，全自動測量，結果直讀，無須換算。

☆CVT測量 *自激法測量CVT功能，不需外加任何設備，可完成不可拆頭CVT的測量。一次接線（三根電纜，不用倒線），一個測量過程（大約1分鐘），兩個zui終測量結果（C1和C2的介損及電容值）。測量過程中文顯示，能實時監(jiān)測自激電流值和試驗電壓（高壓）值。能消除引線對測試的影響，測量結果準確可靠。
CVT measure unique self-excited method to measure CVT function, without any additional equipment, it can complete the measurement of non removable head CVT. A primary connection (three cables, not reversed), a measurement process (about 1 minutes), two final measurements (dielectric loss and capacitance values of C1 and C2). The measurement process in Chinese shows that the self exciting current value and the test voltage (high voltage) can be monitored in real time. The utility model can eliminate the influence of the lead wire on the test, and the measurement result is accurate and reliable.
☆ 安全措施 Safety measures
（1）高壓保護：試品短路、擊穿或高壓電流波動，能迅速切斷高壓輸出。

（2）CVT保護：設定自激電壓的過流點，一旦超出設置的電流值，儀器自動退出測量，不會損壞設備。

（3）接地檢測：儀器有接地檢測功能，未接地時不能升壓測量。
